Pam is the Digital Research and Scholarly Communication Librarian at University of Toronto Mississauga Library. In that capacity she works with UT colleagues to develop and promote the UT Libraries Open Access initiatives, including the Open Access Author Fund and publishing using the Open Journal System. Pam is co-author of the Canadian Association of Research Libraries' publication Altmetrics in Context and is currently involved in research investigating faculty perceptions of impact metrics. As the current Liaison for the Mississauga departments of Language Studies and Visual Studies, Pam is interested in the use of altmetrics to demonstrate the impact of the diverse forms of scholarly production in the Arts and Humanities.
